Last Saturday saw Spotlight’s first ever full day of events for our non-performer members designed to advise and guide them around how best they can work for performers.
The day brought together agents, personal managers and casting directors with a mix of keynote presentations, workshops and industry panels.
Sessions included:
- Guidelines to cast and represent performers who are transgender
- Unconscious bias
- Casting and representing children
- Commercial guidelines
- Mental health within the industry
